Mystic moorlands and gloomy forests, wild tides at the North and Baltic Sea, dreamy jetties at the lakeshores and the majestic Alps - my home country Germany doesn't have to hide its beauty! Even the Aurora Borealis can be visible with a good bit of luck, as I recently did (September 2023, Wangerooge).
When I started with photography in 2013 the first locations I discovered were just a stone's throw away from my home village. It's not always necessary to drive far away when you can witness spectacular moments right at your front door as well!
